Class 2

Summer Term

As we enter our final term of the year we will be looking at what it was like to live 100 years ago in Britain. We have already started to look at what it is like to live in Britain now; focusing on British values.

Welcome to Class 2. There are 23 children in the class, 16 Year 2 and 7 Year 1. During the Autumn term there is a great deal of time spent supporting Year 1 children with the transistion into KS1. During the Spring Term we support children with the KS1 SATs and Summer Term Year 1 children take the phonics screening test. Scroll down to see what we have been up too.

We had a fabulous day at Preston Park learning about what it was like to live 100 years ago. Children got to explore some amazing artifacts which resulted in some awesome writing back at school.

Christmas Time in Class 2

This week has been super busy getting ready for our nativity, but we have had time for some shadows in science.

We had a lovely afternoon spent with parents at our stay and play Anit-bullying event.

Children have been looking at toys and where really sad when a mad wizard stole them so they decided to make traps to catch him.
